ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order and shipping details. Please verify all information (country, street number, company, unit, etc.) and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect. If you don’t receive the email within 24 hours, check your spam folder first.

TRACKING
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Use it on the carrier’s official website.
After the parcel arrives in your country, track it via your local postal service using the same number.
If delivery fails, contact your local post office first.

DELIVERY & DAMAGED GOODS
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 3 business days with photos at: info@lissomer.com
Please document any issues (e.g., torn or wet packaging) with the carrier upon receipt.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
For address corrections, contact us immediately at info@lissomer.com.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
