If you would like to return your order for any quality issues, please contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery will not be processed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within the specified time frame. The refund time may vary depending on your payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your bank for any further questions.
If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be processed to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after the expected time:

SHIPPING
To return a product, please contact info@lissomer.com. Our team will provide instructions and confirm the return process. Do not return products without confirmation, as unconfirmed returns may not be processed, and refunds may be unavailable.
No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
The time for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location.
For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not trackable.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Returns or replacements are only applicable to products purchased on lissomer.com. If you purchased your Lissomer product from a third-party seller, please contact them directly.
Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will verify its eligibility and issue a full refund or replacement for approved items.
All accessories must be new and unopened to qualify for a refund. Products must be in "as new" condition, ideally with original sealed packaging intact. If accessories are returned without a valid reason, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Unless the return is due to a quality issue or our error, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If your product is faulty or dead on arrival (DOA), we will reimburse the shipping fee after inspection and confirmation that the product is under warranty.
